Dave brings over 35 years of senior accounting and financial leadership experience to his role as Chairman of HBH Holdings, Inc.

As a senior level executive, Dave continues to serve on many Board of Trustees at various companies, universities, high schools, non-profits and religious organizations.  He has also received numerous awards such as the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky in both 1996 and 2008.  He was also inducted into the Hall of Fame at the Thomas C. Page Entrepreneurial Center at Miami University in 2003.

Executive Chairman

Wendell brings over 35 years experience in industrial and utility fabrication, construction and maintenance to the role of Executive Chairman of HBH Holdings, Inc.

He began his career in the field as a craft employee in 1978 specializing in the fabrication and erection of brewery equipment and has held a variety of senior leadership positions in the heavy industrial marketplace.

Wendell has a passion for supporting education and fuels that passion by supporting local and global non-profit education-focused initiatives.

Jeff Hock

Jeff Hock

CEO

Jeff brings over 36 years of leadership experience in the fabrication and process solutions industry to his role and President and CEO of HBH Holdings, Inc.

He has held several senior leadership positions in various organizations and is actively involved as a Board member of several companies and non-profit organizations.

Jeff is an active member of several trade associations, including SPFA, where he served as president and board member and was inducted into the SPFA/STI Hall of Fame in 2007.

Scott Anderson

President

Scott was named President of HBH at the start of 2020 after serving as CEO of Enerfab since August 2017. He is responsible for safety, operational excellence, and market growth across all HBH companies.

As a former co-op from the University of Cincinnati, Scott has been a part of HBH since college. His knowledge of the company’s history, his constant attention to promoting our vision, mission, and core values, and his expertise in the industry allows for continued growth and success across the HBH family of companies.

Dave Winnestaffer

Chief Operating Officer

Dave joined the HBH family of companies more than 30 years ago and has served in a variety of operational positions, from site project management to division director. Throughout the course of his career, he has led and supported projects in nearly every industry HBH serves.

In his current role, Dave oversees operations at Great Rivers Industries, including estimating, production, and delivery, while helping drive strategic initiatives and improving work processes at an executive level.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Chief FInancial Officer

John joined HBH Holdings as chief financial officer in 2019 and is responsible for leading the financial strategy across all HBH companies.

John grew up in Akron, Ohio, but has lived in Cincinnati for the last 30 years. He spent 26 years at Milacron in several operational and financial management positions before eventually becoming CFO of Milacron in 2008. In 2015, he joined West Chester Protective Gear as their CFO, which eventually led John to HBH Holdings.

John received his undergraduate from the University of Akron before attending Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he earned his master’s in finance. He and his wife Ondrea have been married for 25 years, and they have two sons, Jack and Hayden, as well as a Labrador rescue named Duchess.

Sterling Colvin

Chief Legal Officer

Sterling brings over 20 years of corporate law practice to her role as HBH’s General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Her expertise reflects effective contract negotiation and communication in commercial and construction sectors

Sterling graduated Cum Laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1995 and was the awarded the Professional Achievement Award. In addition, she has been acknowledged by Law and Politics Media as an Ohio Lawyer Rising Star and been selected for the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers.
